As the regular face of the Entertainment news on ITV’s Lorraine, Ria Hebden is part of a new wave of exciting TV Presenters hitting our screens. Passionate about telling stories that celebrate diversity, champion women and inspire the next generation, Ria’s hard work and tenacity led her to being nominated for the Debut Presenter award at the 2020 Edinburgh TV Festival New Voice Awards along with the New Talent award at the 2019 Women in Film & Television Awards.
Through her production company, Carpe Diem Media Productions, Ria also presents and produces her own inspirational, digital talk show, Wonder Women TV , along with a monthly podcast and Wonder Women Live!

Born in Kentucky, Hilary moved to New York City in 2002 to pursue modelling which took her on an adventure of a career spanning another 13 years in the industry.
In 2009 Hilary moved to London full time to be with her now business partner and husband Robert. A firm believer in having multiple passions, keeping fit was one of her passions and she found that London lacked boutique fitness concepts that were dominating the market overseas. It was from this moment that Hilary found her next calling – this is when BOOM Cycle was born. Since then, the power couple have opened six more studios across London and BOOM Cycle has taken the city by storm.

The idea for Don’t Buy Her Flowers first came to Steph Douglas when on maternity leave from her marketing job with her second baby. After receiving a string of flower deliveries, it struck Steph as bonkers that the go-to gift for new mums is just another thing that needs to be cared for, at a time when you’re doing more caring than you’ve ever done in your life.
The brand began life offering gifts for new mums, before expanding to cover a whole host of additional occasions such as birthdays and bereavements.

Inspired by a love for fashion that doesn’t weigh on her conscience and with an approach grounded in practicality overindulgence, Eshita founded By Rotation as a side hustle in April 2019.
An investment professional with over 6 years of experience, she combines her commercial experience with her passions for fashion and graphic design. A “third culture kid” (India, Singapore, US and UK), Eshita is especially focused on creating a conscious and inclusive community that democratises fashion and does not harm the planet.
In March 2020, she was named as one of the “14 Inspiring Women Leading The Fight Against Climate Change” by Refinery29.

Liha is a Gloucestershire girl born and bred. Abi is a Londoner through and through.
They met at University and have been close ever since. Whilst Abi was travelling the world as a professional athlete, competing in two Olympic Games, Liha was setting up an art publishing business and living the quiet (ish) life raising her daughter.
As a couple of beauty junkies, whenever they met their conversations would always come back to what all-natural products they were cooking up – then this year something amazing happened. A product they had been toying with for a while kept going missing from their bathroom shelves and they were getting rave reviews from overnight guests and requests for full size bottles from the pickiest of their friends.
So, they finally decided to do it, starting really small with just two of the products they love the most!

Heavily influenced by fashion and music, Mercedes started out working in PR where she honed her passion for ‘connecting the dots’ and cemented her role as an influencer. Her natural flare for knowing what’s hot before it trends is what sets her apart.
Fast forward a few years and Mercedes continues to connect the dots by identifying new trends across the industry. She has mastered the art of juggling the fast paced realms of social media, curating cult, mind blowing music events, whilst remaining ‘cozy’ in her unique love of streetwear.

Lauren Dallas is Co-Founder of Future Females, a movement that exists to increase the number of and support the success of female entrepreneurs. Launching in August 2017 in Cape Town, Future Females is now in 35 cities globally, with 40,000 members, and also runs a three-month online Business School that has supported over 470 entrepreneurs with tech-based business ideas, to turn them into profitable businesses. Most recently they have launched the Future Females Founders Club, and one of South Africa’s first female-focused co-working space in collaboration with Inner City Ideas Cartel.
