- 50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
- 15ml Sweet Vermouth
- 50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 20ml Honey Water*
- Punnet of Raspberries
- Grapefruit Peel
- Add 4 raspberries into shaker and muddle.
- Add all other ingredients into the shaker and add ice.
- Shake and strain into the glass.
- Garnish with grapefruit peel and raspberries
*For honey water, stir 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water until dissolved, use within 3 days.
