  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 egg white
  1. Crack and separate the egg into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add all other ingredients and shake well
  3. Strain into a coupette glass
  4. Garnish with an edible flower
