  • 50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
  • 15ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Egg White
  • Mint Leaves

To make the raspberry syrup, heat 2/3 cup of water, 2/3 of white sugar and 1 cup of raspberries in a sauce pan. Allow to simmer. Leave to cool and strain.

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a glass
  3. Garnish with mint leaves
