- 50ml BLOOM Lemon and Elderflower Gin liqueur
- 10ml Honey Syrup*
- 20ml lemon juice
- 1 sprig lemon thyme
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Fine strain into a chilled coupette or cocktail glass
- Garnish with the expressed oil of a lemon twist and a single sprig of lemon thyme.
*Stir 3 parts of runny honey with boiling water until thoroughly mixed. This stops the honey solidifying on contact with ice.
